Disclaimer: Without a hearty enough appreciation for navel-gazing, this post may appear boring. Read at your own risk.
By nature, I am an essay writer. Anything I write needs to have the correct organisation, turns of phrase, and flow, and it should, above all, deal thoroughly with the subject at hand. It should be a well-composed argument, deductively reasoning from premises to an unimpeachable conclusion. Insofar as it is reasonable, it should counter objections and offer counter-arguments.
In other words, I’m not a blogger. And since I’m in school, which means I don’t have much free time for fun activities, this means I never post.
However, I have decided to embrace the evolving nature of the blog. From now on, this blog will contain half-baked ideas, inchoate reasonings, and poorly-thought out conclusions. That, at least, should get people commenting about how stupid the things I say are. This process, in turn, will hopefully make me come to better conclusions, faster, and make a few enemies in the process.
Stay tuned.

Hi
The same with me, i’m new to this blogging thing and I find myself just typing away while i’m thinking so I get these poorly thought out conclusions too!
This kinda follows the notion that blogging is a form of communication more so than just a collection of essays.
For example, you will never get any significant feedback if all you’re doing is explaining things to others, and not posting potentially rushed unfinished work. Its the lack of time investment that makes the comments all the more worthwhile, and allows both yourself and others to come to better conclusions…
well… in theory anyway…
(aside: I worry about people who find a short post like this, that boring :\ )
